You’ve just done a single-leg deadlift, and you should be able to do a dozen or more.
Exercise 2: Dumbbell Squat
To do this exercise, you’ll need a pair of dumbbells. Stand with your feet shoulder width apart and your arms at your side.
Then, squat down and place both dumbbells on the floor before you.
Now, slowly rise back up to standing.
You’ll now be able to perform ten or more squats.
